Dr. Robert Twaddell opened the first Nationally Registered clinic in Cumberland County to offer CDL/DOT physicals at locations where commercial drivers could have a low cost medical card Certified by FMCSA Physician by a certified medical examiner, not a physician's assistant, to ensure that our commercial drivers have the highest quality certified medical exam available. The DOT division of the DMV will not accept DOT physicals from any doctor who is not on the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners list.

We issue the FMCSA Certified medical exam card and FMCSA CERTIFIED long form the same day the driver passes the DOT physical exam. Because we do not treat patients for contagious diseases the drivers will not be sitting in a waiting room being exposed to the poor souls who have these diseases.

We will continue our efforts to offer; the highest quality FMCSA Certified CDL Physical for the lowest fees and at the drivers convenience. We have 2 walk-in locations: Fayetteville and Hope Mills.
